1. Using The Website constitutes agreement

In order to commit a purchase through The Website you are required to provide personal information during the registration process, such as your name, address and payment details. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information when necessary. Providing this data indicating your consent to our Privacy Policy.

3. Right to cease the operation

The Website may stop operations at any time and for any reason. In such event, transactions in progress will be completed or canceled at the discretion of The Website operator.

5. Purchase and invoicing

The prices displayed on The Website may change daily. Payment will be made in the currency shown on The Website (including VAT). You may commit the payment by any means offered at the time of purchase. You agree to receive the purchase invoice via e-mail with which you registered on The Website. Any amount not paid on the due date triggers automatically and without formal notice penalties calculated based on a rate equal to 3 times the legal interest rate without affecting the payment of the original sums. The Products sold remain the property of ours until full payment of their price.

6. Duration of delivery

We undertake to ship the Product(s) within 5 (five) working days of the order confirmation. The shipping address is the address listed on the user account. If it takes more than five days, you will receive a notification.

7. Package collection

The buyer (you) bears the shipping cost and the risk involved. You undertake to check the delivery before accepting it and notify the carrier of any issue or damage concerning the condition of the package immediately. No complaint will be taken into account after a period of 24 hours from delivery. Photo of the damaged product must be taken right when receiving the product on delivery and to be sent to info@bright.gallery.

9. Restrictions due to sanctions

Due to geopolitical issues, legal provisions and international treaties, we will not be able to ship the products to all destinations. We reserve the right to choose not to make deliveries to specific destinations or individuals at our discretion.

10. Order cancellations by vendor

We reserve the right to cancel any order committed via The Website at any reasonable discretion, including mispricing. If we cancel an order placed via the Services, we will send you an email confirmation of such cancellation, and you will not be charged for your order.

Our refund policy is detailed here. Please be aware that for geopolitical or transportation reasons, it is sometimes impossible to fulfill the return policy. You cannot return the product or cancel the transaction in such cases.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to display the Artwork’s colors on The Website accurately. However, because end users’ monitors may project colors differently, we are not responsible for the color accuracy of any Artwork displayed on The Website and disclaims all liability in this regard.

The copyright laws of the State of Israel, international conventions, and other countries copyright laws protect The Website and the content appearing on it. The Website and its contractors are the sole owners of the copyrights in the content appearing on The Website. The user’s use of the content on The Website will be fair and reasonable use by the rules outlined in any law. In any case, the use of the content on The Website will be for private purposes only. The user is prohibited from making any changes, copying, publishing, duplicating, storing in a database, or giving a license to use in any way except only after receiving express written permission from The Website owners.

In any case of copying or using the content permitted by these terms, the source of information and the name of The Website must be explicitly stated.

In any case, you shall not print, copy or use in any other way an Artwork for sale on The Website but only view it to decide whether to purchase or not

• Use, display, mirror, or frame The Website or any individual element within, any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without Our express written consent;

A user who violates the terms of use of The Website or takes any action to harm The Website, its owners, the entities that advertise on it, or other Users hereby undertakes to pay The Website owners a compensation amount of at least 1000$ for each violation, without any proof that the damage caused as a result of these actions, even if no damage was caused at all. This agreement does not prevent The Website owners from additionally suing the infringer for any damage caused by his actions.
