Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing at bright.gallery (“We”, “Us” or “Our”). We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns:

The product you purchased from Us is a one-piece made especially for you, by your order. Therefore, you cannot cancel the purchase nor return the product, unless the product arrives damaged.

If you wish to return the product for the reason above, you must take a photo of the product and the defective part immediately upon receiving it. To avoid ambiguity, please inform us about the defective product by email: info@bright.gallery, right upon (and not longer than 24 hours after) receiving it. We will accept the returned product only in its original packaging.

We will reimburse You in the same payment method you used to purchase the product. We undertake to do so up to 14 working days upon receiving the product back.

You bear all the costs and risks involved in returning the product and shipping a replacement.

You shall send the product to the following address:

Please, do not ship the product back before receiving Our approval.

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We will only issue a refund with the actual receipt of the product.
